Outreach

As the colder months approach, it's crucial to support those in need by donating essential items such as fall and winter clothing, sleeping bags, blankets, and toiletries. These donations can make a significant difference for individuals facing homelessness or financial hardships, providing warmth and comfort during the harsh weather. Consider contributing gently used or new coats, hats, scarves, gloves, and thermal wear. Sleeping bags and blankets are vital for warmth, while toiletries like soap, toothpaste, and sanitary products ensure basic hygiene needs are met. Your generosity can bring relief and hope to many during these challenging times, fostering a sense of community and care.

The collection box will be at the back of the church. Anything you can donate to help with this would be greatly appreciated.

If you wish to donate and cannot get it to the church please call Pat Taylor at 905-960-5911 and I will make arrangements to pick up.

Gathering Place

The Gathering Place has a small group of volunteers putting meals together, which are provided by take-out. Finding the funds to purchase food for the meals is always a worry for the organizers.

Please help to spread the word about this wonderful tiny crew of people and the importance of the community dinner for the guests in this area.

If you would like to make a donation to The Gathering Place cheques can be made payable to Keswick Presbyterian Church with a notation stating "Gathering Place donation".  The address for Keswick Presbyterian Church is 23449 Woodbine Avenue, Keswick, ON L4P 0L5
